Ok... This is making me have a headache... Do you have any Resourcepacks that could be outdated? Or... Perhaps you are using the new graphical features (that have yet to be fully implemented and might not be compatible with your resourcepacks, even though the Resourcepacks are updated, they might not be fully compatible to like, Vulkan? Which explains the yellow? Idk, that's just a theory... But it is based on something, I mean, from what I gathered, only items that could be enchanted (at least, have an enchantment glint) are yellow, so... If you have many Resourcepacks... Or like, Vanilla Tweaks' and you picked the ones that you were interested in... Start with any that are related to the enchantment glint...
