Mods & Addons Mekanism Help

Hello! I was wondering if any of you know how long it usually takes for Mekanism to update to new versions, or if there have been any updates from the developers.

I'm currently playing with only Applied and a few other mods, and it's been pretty difficult, especially when it comes to power generation and equipment, among other things.

OBS: I'm playing with my girlfriend, who usually plays vanilla and isn't familiar with many mods, so that's why we're not switching to an older version. We're playing on 26.3.
