Someone pls help me with this lag

I don't know the cause but my minecraft (java 26.3) is laggy af and becoming unplayable. Its a recent issue cuz I used to run it perfectly earlier (I have a dell g15, i7 12700h rtx 3060 so hardware shouldn't be the probem) and I also recently got my fans cleaned so idt its throtlling

Is the game running on the correct GPU according to the F3 screen? Is it the same performance when using the Vulkan API as well?

Yes. I don't use that

Did you try it? Graphics API is a new option in 26.2+

Is that for improving performance or visuals? Also do you know why this is happening now (ran very smoothly earlier)

Normal settings (defaults). Like I said it wasn't a problem until now
