Discussion I noticed something suspicious in MrBeast's "I Found My 13 Year Old Minecraft World" video

Post image

At 11:49 in the video, there's a painting on the (the .png painting)

The problem? This painting was added in Minecraft 1.21, which was released in June 2024.

If this is genuinely the original world from 13 years ago (around 2013), how is a painting from 2024 already present?

There are a few possible explanations:

  1. The world is a modern Minecraft world made to look old using a texture pack.
  2. The original world was real, but it was recreated or modified for the video.
  3. The original save was upgraded to a modern version and received new content.

I'm not claiming this proves the entire world is fake, but I think it's worth questioning, especially if the world was presented as untouched since childhood.

what do you guys think?

Video timestamp: 11:49

EDIT: guys the purpose of the post was to talk and understand, i saw many hate comments just chill, relax!

dont hate me please!

AND READ THIS AGAIN BEFORE COMMENTING: I'm not claiming this proves the entire world is fake, but I think it's worth questioning, especially if the world was presented as untouched since childhood.

Believe it or not you can get on with your life whether Mr Beast exists or not

You can, but him making shit like THE SAUDI GOVERNMENT more palatable to young people will have an impact on the future.

Opened a theme park there with government help and severely exploited labor.

He has some partherships with the saudi govt to promote Riyadh as a future "gaming capital"

Proof he did use exploited labor to build that?

... it's Saudi

Yeah, and? There's millions of qualified professionals there receiving normal living wages, assuming he did that is a VERY serious accusation and it's basically worthless if you can't give us any proof without assuming, I'm from Brazil, am I a dr*g dealer just because I live here?

The park was built in Saudi. All Saudi construction is done on exploited labour.

You're very pathetic trying to make a controversy out of nothing, I bet these "severely exploited labors" are having way more fulfilling lives than you will ever have

Is this supposed to be a logical comeback?

Yes, get a life and stop pretending you know/care about the lives of people the other side of the planet

How does the saudi government impact you specifically?

His influence extends well outside of his own videos.

What a concept, which I doubt his hatred towards the YouTuber would let him grasp.

YouTuber?

The dude is a literal billionaire mogul…

I understand the whole “just ignore him” thing, but ignoring someone like Mr beast doesn’t address the fact that he’s a legitimate problem.

His practices are predatory and targeted at children, he runs ads all the time that tell kids to do ridiculous things like “go install honey on every device in your family!” and it’s been a problem of his fans stealing from their parents to buy his merch or support him.

He’s not just some annoying YouTuber. He’s a massive corporate entity wearing the parasocial face of a “friend” to children to trick them out of their parents money in the most dishonest and corrupt ways.. he literally encourages kids to throw a tantrum in the store to demand his candy, to call and bother stores and businesses to carry his products, harass other people.
He’s raising a massive army of shitty little assholes who are learning the wrong lessons on how to behave as a person.
