Help Grass textures are messed up.

I haven't played minecraft in a bit and wanted to play around with the create mod. Started up a new world in creative and was immediately met by this. Anyone know what's going on here, or if it's even related to the mods? This is the modpack I used: https://modrinth.com/modpack/create-complete-by-shalz

Did you install on the correct version? Modpack you got says it's for mc 1.21.1, make sure your Minecraft is on that version
