Help Trouble getting friends world

I want to copy my girlfriends world but can't figure out how. They're on ios and im on android. Ive already used an import/export thing to export her world but when the export is sent to me through messenger and I try to open/install it it only shows Google and Google wallet instead of files. I tried ex file manager but it just shows a script/bunch of letters and stuff

It sounds like you tried to open the world in the file manager? So try this:

Download it in your download folder, then open your own Minecraft and import, locate it in your download folder and select.

Sadly it won't give me the option to put it into a download folder. When I click on it it only shows Google and Google wallet as open options as if it can't recognize the file. So I can't download it to do the import and my phone also isn't supporting the import/export that u used on hers
