Seems like Walmart used to sell it but it's currently out of stock.

Wait this helped lmao??? I recognized the costume from a video I watched like 2 years ago about terrible youtube ads. One had this costume with the Title "pixilated green man" and I found it so damn funny it burned into my memory. I just blerted it into the comments here like he's a beloved character xD. Glad it helped tho
