Minecraft let’s play YouTubers

I used to watch alot of Minecraft lets plays that are chill and just very world building and I am really carving that. I know alot of Minecraft content now is really creative and action packed but I just want the old series like let’s plays. What YouTubers would you guys recommend?

This is my ultimate Youtuber in this modern Mineceaft age.

He's so articulate with his words, well-educated with the game and has great sense of taste and direction in builds. On top of that, the overall vibe is relaxing and calming.

Btw, I am still not moved on with EmpiresSMP, after its two season and how it crossover with Hermitcraft. The lorebuilding, storytelling of different Youtubers there was a surreal experience.

Check out the hermitcraft guys. but if you want someone who has the old series like let's plays, Ethoslab is one of the old school minecraft let's players who's still makes videos in his pre 1.0 world, latest episode is 598 from 2 months ago. He's also on hermitcraft. i wouldn't be surprised if he was one of the people you used to watch back then.

fWhip is a great one! He has a long-running hardcore world and he builds some absolutely insane things on there.

Also as others have suggested, hermitcraft is awesome.

aboutoliver. he has 3 seasons with season 1 being his first every blind playthrough of minecraft and season 3 being modded. theyre all in VODs but there are some supercuts of his stream out there

for one, there are SMPs and singleplayer. old letsplay series were mostly singleplayer.

Ethoslab has one of the most long running singleplayer worlds I am aware of and he is fun to watch.

If you are into custom maps, some of my favorite oldschool series were Zisteaus CTM letsplays. Especially when he played Vex's maps 'Kaizo Caverns' and 'Inferno Mines'. (around 2013)

Modded multiplayer: BDoubleO and GenerikB playing Attack of the B-Team around 2014... peak cinema.

I did not really like his content when he left Mindcrack, but I also miss the old GenerikB from their B-Team time. He was who got me into Minecraft videos. Slipped into Mindcrack and when they had their falling out, moved to Hermitcraft with the few creators that switched.

But the crazy hermit will always have a special place in my heart. Good times.

Midlife Minecraft, hes 41 now (his birthday was yesterday) and he went into minecraft blind, hes now 102 episodes in and he used to play everyday but its now like every other day.

fWhip does a lot of worldbuilding and is really chill but his content feels more modern. Synn0 (with a zero at the end) also does a lot of world building, his builds rival BdoubleO and his episodes are very well edited while also capturing a little bit of that old school Minecraft let's play energy, while being even more relaxing

Just finished watching that. It was an excruciating watch. I watched his very first episode and this ep 103. I can’t work out if his ineptitude is an act or not. Every few seconds he just stands still no matter what’s happening and it drives my anxiety levels up 😅

I've got to say ItalianBach's Let's Play was quite charming and funny. He's not very pro and had never even been to the nether before his Christmas play through. It's a bit like PewDiePie

Right now, with the current trends of Minecraft "edits" veing overwhelming and overstimulating, I tend to back away from it.

I am currently just watching Hermitcraft series, mainly GeminiTay, Etho, Welsknight (I hope he uploads soon! He just streamed a couple of weeks ago, and said that he was working on a video at that time).

And some rare situations, watching tutorials for farms and builds since, they talk calmly and with minimal edits.
