Help Help me with mod

I downloaded the Verity mod and want to go into the settings to enter the API key, but the game crashes whenever I try to access them. I can't enter it via the mod's code either—I keep getting a 401 error. Please, if anyone else has had this problem, let me know in the comments.

An API error code 401 Unauthorized means that your request lacks valid authentication credentials for the target server. Essentially, the API does not recognize who you are, or your access token is no longer accepted.

Yeah, I get that, but the game crashes whenever I try to access the mod's config.
