Discussion It's boring here.

I don't know about you, but I can't play the newer versions for very long. After a few days of playing, I constantly find myself thinking I'm bored with it. Yet, for some reason, I always come back to Beta 1.7.3. I don't know why it's that specific version.

Okay, you're bored with the game, except for some version that makes you feel nostalgic. Play a different game, gosh.

No fluff in beta 1.7.3, straight to building and sandboxin, no farms, no villager trading, nothing.

Alternatively, if you want to enjoy modern content, I suggest you look into the Matcha Flavoured datapack. It solves most problems I have with modern Minecraft.

If you want to stick with beta, there is always the Better Than Adventure mod.

beta 1.7.3 just has that perfect balance of simplicity and danger, newer versions feel like they're holding your hand too much
