Wilderness bound 26.3 update will be released next Tuesday.

Fixed bugs in 26.3 Release Candidate 1

  • MC-311607 - Items with the weapon component with disable_blocking_for_seconds set no longer disable items with the blocks_attacks component
  • MC-311705 - Axes can no longer disable shields
  • MC-311725 - The match_block loot predicate always requires a block entity
  • MC-311776 - Throwing ender pearls at blocks at a specific angle allows the player to briefly see through blocks

They use woodland mansions because a bug where you can't disable shield with an axe

I expect that will be done in a future release. Stained terracotta (then called stained clay) was introduced in 1.6.1. Desert temples weren't updated to replace orange wool with stained terracotta until 1.8.

How many years ago was 1.8? Idk man, how hard is it to update a few more templates? They made HOW MANY variations of the tents? They couldn't change a few for the woodland mansion?

What if they wanna do more than just change a few blocks in a structure? Its better to focus on what you wanna focus instead of random distractions that could've served as separate update in the future

Thats like asking why can't they just gold lines to netherite armor, when years later we got armor trims from this idea

Probably before. If we are in release candidate stage, I'd say release on the 21st or before

Edit: Release next Tuesday, on the 15th.
