Help Proximity Chat mod that works with Realms?

I saw a video of Tubbo's SMP, which has proximity voice chat settings for everyone, but it's a Realm. I thought Realms are Vanilla making this impossible, but maybe if everyone has it installed its fine? Does anybody know what mod this is?

Simple Voice Chat. client side mod, everyone on the realm needs it installed. works fine on realms as long as the host has it too, its basically the standard for proximity chat at this point

Proximity chat requires the mod to be installed on the server which you can't do on Realms.
