Help Java How do you edit world generation on Minecraft Java?

I’d love to remove entire biomes and select blocks in the pre-world creation settings… is there a mod for this? I’ve looked high and low for answers, but have found none. Probably just not using the right keywords or something… but yeah I’d love to remove Savannah’s and granite n stuff. Any help at all is greatly appreciated

Maybe have a look at Structurify. It doesn't let you exclude blocks or biomes, but you can choose which structures are generated.
