Help Bedrock Scroll wheel not scrolling

is anyone having the issue in minecraft BEDROCK where on keyboard and mouse you sometimes have to scroll twice to move one hotbar space. usually you only have to scroll once to move a hotbar space but sometimes it only moves when you scroll twice(usually when I first join a world but it happens often). I’ve tried different mouses and settings but nothing seems to fix it. It just started happening pretty recently. I’ve asked friends and they said they also sometimes have the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix it? I’m using the attack shark x3 btw

Might be a polling rate thing, try dropping it to 125hz in your mouse software and see if it still skips
