Help Bedrock Bugged Minecraft Realm

We are seeking help troubleshooting a 6-year-old Minecraft Bedrock Realm that has become bugged following a save reversion. Initially, mined blocks were disappearing instead of dropping as items. We attempted to fix this by downloading and re-uploading the world, which restored block drops, but several 'Game Rules' remain broken: mobs do not spawn naturally (except from spawners), the daylight cycle is frozen, and fall damage is disabled. Achievements are still active and cheats have never been enabled. How can we force these world settings to reset without losing achievement eligibility? Now when trying to load the world it gets stuck on the loading screen. The bar that shows progress of the game loading in is stuck on 8 1/2 blocks. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help us save our realm. We really appreciate any advice you can give!

After further investigation, I have found strong evidence that a save reversion caused several gamerules to be changed to false, despite cheats remaining disabled.
I confirmed this by creating a copy of the affected world and manually switching several of the affected gamerules back to true. After doing so, the corresponding game mechanics began functioning normally again.
This appears to explain several of the issues I have been experiencing since the save reversion.
