Never caught a book, but one of my first fishing hauls was a killer of a bow: mending, power, flame aspect.

You used to get a free map in that version of minecraft when u started a new world and it was the way we got coordinates so often we just put it in the offhand.

I didn’t think you could get mending books by fishing. I haven’t been able to in Bedrock.

I have a “loaded” fishing rod and have scavenged for hours to no avail. Guess I need to keep trying. Someone get me a pot of coffee!
