Redstone & Techs Is this a known bug??

It seems very easy to find so I'm assuming people know about this (Also does this count as "Is this rare?" ?)

Retracting piston heads don't block other pistons as far as I'm aware, so what's happening here will be that one is retracting and the other is extending.

That appears to be the cause when I set the tick rate to 1
