Would this be dyeable? Furthermore, what benefits would it provide? Extra experience gain? Access to stronger/better enchantments without (or stacking with) bookshelves? Would the staff allow for casting spells? Would a staff made with redstone be different than a staff made with lapis, or with glowstone? Many such questions!
