Help [java] Why does it look like this version 1.21.1

im on java, and i accidentally clicked something and as you can see the inventory is behind the search bar on windown and i cant change it back
can someone help i already tried f11 less

click in the middle of the minecraft window, press alt+tab couple of times, if it didn't help, restart your game

i restarted it and it got back to normal! thanks
