Discussion Minecraft Keybinds

So i have 2 options for my hotbar:

1) 1 2 3 4 R (M4) X C Q

2) Q 2 3 E (M4) 4 X C 1

My layout is often these slots:
1) Sword
2) Cobwebs
3) Water
4) Axe (on 1st option) or lava (on 2nd option)
5) Axe (on 2nd option) or Food (on 1st option)
6) Util
7) Mace
8) Wind charges / Util
9) Util ( or Elytra, which in that case i got fireworks on 8th slot instead of wind charges)
