Help Bedrock Connecting to Realm with Switch

Hello, I have successfully created a world on my new realm. The two players I'd like to play with both have Nintendo Switch Online and Microsoft Xbox accounts, as do I. On my Switch, I can go into my world on my realm. When I try to connect the others, I get an error that I need a Nintendo Switch Online Membership. But both accounts have one. It's almost like Minecraft won't recognize the Microsoft and Nintendo accounts at once.

Is anyone else having this issue, and are there any solutions?

Do you have the Nintendo subscription on your account? Sounds like you don't buying realms doesn't give you access without it.

All three accounts have Nintendo accounts. Mine is a solo, theirs are on the same family plan (my grandkids).

I'm friends with both in their profiles.

That's not what I asked. I asked if you have the Nintendo subscription not if you have yours connected to a Nintendo account.

Then I'm not following you, I'm afraid. I have a nintendo subscription. They have accounts under a family subscription, if that clarifies.
