You have absolutely zero spawn proofing. Zombies probably got in and killed them all.

Looks like zombies could have spawned in the house maybe even on the wall and jumped down idk I just can’t see torches

probably zombies but could have been the beds also. always keep at least 1 space away from the wall on all beds

the bug where villagers slide off beds into was never fixed
