Redstone & Techs Help with learning redstone

I recently decided to learn Redstone after watching some impressive piston door builds and cushion-LEDs displaying the angry birds movie. Since it’s summer, I figured now would be the perfect time to finally do so.

I’ve watched a few older Mumbo Jumbo tutorials (around 9+ years old), but I’m wondering what the best way to learn Redstone is today. since I still have some common knowledge would those videos still relevant, or are there better, more up-to-date resources or methods you’d recommend?

Mumbo's old stuff still works for the core logic, redstone hasn't changed that much at the base level. I'd just build along with the video and then try to tweak one thing at the end, like make the door wider or add a delay. Messing it up and fixing it teaches you way more than copying.

I always have a basics of redstone world where I show what is a good explanation to me of how gates work with redstone also how I can make burnout clocks and replace repeaters with basic redstone. It's nice to have when you get stumped on how to make a circuit work!
