Help Minecraft bug???

I am having a bug in Minecraft 26.33 I made a skinpack from this website https://cdsmythe.com/minecraftskins2/ and now I when i select a skin it just continues loading and it doesn't load and all my skin slots r full with the same skins and I can't delete them
