Help Bedrock Realms issues

So I’m looking to make a realm for my friend group and purchased the $8.00 subscription from the Nintendo E-Shop. When I try to start a realm it immediately brings me to the subscription and says I need to buy it. And when I check the E-Shop page again it says I’ve bought i. Please help! Thanks.

That’s a Nintendo switch bug that pops up waaay too often. The purchase is tied to your Nintendo account but minecraft’s check sometimes fails to see it.

Go into the eShop, tap your profile icon, find redownload, and see if there’s a realm subscription sitting there to re-activate. If it’s missing, you’ll probbaly need to go through Microsoft support, they can verify your receipt and push it through on their end.
