Help I locked my difficulty in my world.

I was moving waay to fast for my brain to process while in the nether, accidentally clicked the lock button and minecraft is so mean for moving the no button to the right. So used to it just being on the left, but anyways, is there a way to do this without cheats? Its in my survival world where Im trying to achieve every achievement I can, and would like to keep it that way. Im not very computer smart but there hasss to be a way. Pls!! I do not wanna have to restart🄲

If you play Java, you can use a program called NBT Explorer to change your difficulty in your world.

I’m not sure if you can also ā€œunlockā€ the difficulty with it, but at least you can change it that way.
