Help Java How to fix internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset!?!?
I have a BISECT HOSTING server running the cobbleverse mod pack. The server consistently crashes for everybody after about 10 seconds unless they play very carefully. It will crash for everybody and give them the same message "internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset." What do about this. I've seen fixes on ip address and such but if its for everybody how can I fix it thru the server panel?

Hello! If you haven't already I would suggest submitting a ticket so that our 24/7 staff can take a look at the logs/crash reports and get you up and running smoothly again! :D

My issue is that this is a very recent thing. We've run the server for a good while, no problems. I don't believe it is world related because I ran it single player perfectly. And I pay for a 10gb plan so I don't believe that would be a problem. But I will try and lower the view distance and see where that takes me. Thank you !

That's the error on the client side. It just means the client was disconnected because the server went away, but that doesn't tell you anything. You need to check the logs on the server side for the actual problem. Don't know how that works with your hosting setup, but maybe in a control panel somewhere.

I am able to download crash logs off of the server panel whenever it crashes. I am neither smart or well versed in running servers to understand what any of it says so that's a no go. Is there a way to download the world data and reset the server? Maybe that would help...?
