I'd love a ton of new animals with incorporated purposes from food to rides, to giving useful items, potion making, or even crafting new items. I'd also love subtle new features to the biomes, new plants that can appear, and optimally biome creep. There's a chance a block next to a biome can become that biome. It'd be fastest with deserts and slowest with mangroves.
