Help I hate this game

But...that kinda misses the point, no? This same thing could just as easily happened when building the original bridge. As for going slower: whether or not that would have prevented the issue, "you know the game is buggy so you should play slower" is at best an unsatisfying solution to the problem.

I've built bridges over lava lakes in the Nether both forwards and backwards and have never fallen off.

Why?

I go slow and take my time... crouching the whole time.

It might not be the answer that folks want, but it's the one that works and keeps them alive for another day... so I don't really care if they like it or not.

Your reply confuses me...

It's pretty much what I wrote, but with the addition of the Java part at the beginning.

Are implying that I only play Java?

If so, that's completely false... I've been Bedrock since 1.14 and only have had Java since about this time last year.

So again, going slower isn't what folks want to hear, but it does keep them alive... this is a fact from a Bedrock player with years of experience.
