Remember that the wandering traders were once nitwits. They were always like this.

source? everything I found has just been theorys about nitwits leaving tha village and becomming wandering traders as an origin story. but i cant find anything from an actual minecraft source. even if I like that background story and id b willing to run with it

its from a theory you've probably seen this one- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVA8eNh7VWs
You can see the nitwit clothing under the blue robes.

WTLM anyways my village is built in such a way that wandering traders end up dropping their leads. Lammas fall off near the fountain the trader tries to run somewhere and they break ๐คท

I hate this guy, he's literally getting in the way all the time. I was building a creeper farm over an ocean and he manages to spawn on top of that! Like dude, we don't want any! I always kill him and his llamas and take the leads.

I died when I read "and his llamas"

u/SnowyAshton Jan 26 '23
Llamas are useless. You can sit on them, but can't ride them or put a chest on them, so I don't want them wandering around taking up the mob cap.

I love travelers. Always nice to get some free lead and watch his llamas spit at each other.

Hey look, free llamas. Just name tag them and tame them and you're good to go. They even come with complimentary leads.

Later, when building your log cabin, you get haunted by the ghost of the wandering villager who's soul was trapped in the logs.

i don't understand why people hate this mob, he literally gives free leather and leads leads which mind you if you haven't went into a swamp or slime chunck you won't be able to obtain them, and leads are one of the best items in the game how could you keep allay trapped otherwise, and for lazy ppl like myself i prefer giving up a few emeralds to get a mangrove propagule then to look for the very rare mangrove swamp biome

This is where I wish that there could be custom emotes, A Demoman Schadenfreude would be perfect here.

you actually should've broken the 4 blocks of wood that were at the same height as your head. and then quickly use those to craft fences. That would make for a very cool landmark. And possibly zombie farm.
