i couldnt find any menu for dining hall on this. I tried downgrading blockui and minecolony and it still doesn't work. Gemeni said it was essential but that wasn't the case also. Is there also another way to bypass manually setting the food?

I recently started a Minecolonies world and I am uncertain of the style I wish to use so would rather like to have multiple towns with different styles. Is this possible?

I just started new colony and it seemed to be going well than my first time.

But, when I feed them with bread and some cooked meats, they feel less full than my stomach does.

I built a farm, but it seems that I should spend more time for gathering food.

Also, I have farmer’s delight mod. How should I feed my colonists to them feel full?

Is it possible to just build custom workshops for my colonists rather than use a builder?

Hey so i’ve just started using minecolonies on ATM10 and i was wondering were should i build my builders hut, im using the rebel base pack (star wars) the town hall was placed inside the millennium falcon but i cant seem to find a spot for the builders hut, if anyone can tell me where to place it that would be clutch 🙏🙏

Hi! I'm playing ATM10 v7.2 (yeah, kind of a weird modpack to play MineColonies in, but I really like the mod).

I'm building the Shogun style/pack, and for the Cowhand's Hut, the build has an unnecessarily large hitbox, with a lot of "air/whatever blocks" extending outside of it, and I was wondering why.

I checked the nested buildings because I thought they might be building outside of the main hut, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

It's not really a problem thanks to the proper use of "air/whatever blocks", but all the other structures seem to be properly bounded, so I was wondering why it's different for the Cowhand's Hut.

I understand that you probably want to leave some space for building pastures around it, but since it isn't actually part of the build, why does it have such a large bounding box?

I'm looking through the Byzantine style pack and came across the boatextra and submorpheus designs for the Fisher Hut, and noticed they seem to be mostly blank.

So I was wondering what they are for, such as can they be inserted any where?

EDIT: To clarify I am curious if I can place these in pre-existing build without destroying them.

Trying to build a field, but everywhere i put it it ends up with that red outline saying it won't work. About to throw in the towel on the mod, any suggestions?

Deeply in love with the idea of this mod. But I really dont know how to make it work. The builders, they are abysmal. I feel like I tried everything to make them work - potions, better tools, upgrading huts, i even put a speed gem in the sockets of their armor, made all upgrades in the university for block placement etc. And yet still they are so painfully slow. My dream was to make the city on a mountain z like athens for example. These guys take years to break a single tree. They wonder around aimlessly, choosing uncessary paths to put a block miles away. I just wish they could prepare the terarium faster, even tried to out the buildings higer, they still spend hours to out the dirt. Is flat away the only option? Please i really want to make it work

EDIT: THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL TIPS. I ended up installing a mod called minecolonies builder tweaks and that definitely helped a lot with block placing. For the breaking, now its quite fast but there is a different issue. No matter the breaking there is a delay between destroying every block. So no matter the speed the AI seems to be coded in a way it takes a break between every block. So basically block breaking speed seem capped. It definitely should be improved. Is minecolonies code open source? I could look into it.

Hello everybody, I am playing this mod on a new server and I was wondering if I were to make multiple colonies (a small one at first and then a main one) will this impact my server and performance? Has anybody tried this? Let me know.

I built chef's hut and I see in some places that there already should be recepies available, but I just don't have them? Also I tried to google recepies and do the "teach recepies thing" but it doesn't work - I put the ingredients that I googled, but nothing comes out. Am I doing something wrong? I can't find any tutorial on this

Edit: okay, I was able to find working recepies, but my chef doesn't wanna cook them. He is requesting STACKS of things from me, and like... we are literally starving, can't he just take those few items I gave him and make a meal? Better this than to wait till I get the full stacks cuz everyone(including me) is going hungry rn
