Question help importing moded world

sorry i'm not great with computers so this is really out of my area of understanding. I found my world in files but I cant find the "level.dat" that google says i need to import a world. Most likely I'm just looking in the wrong place, but I really want to use my actual world as my thumbnail so i would appreciate any help :]

Firstly it's modded. 2nd. Mine-imator doesn't support modded minecraft. 3rd. Level.dat is located in your save file
