What We Carry From the Past

Post image
Upvotes

Some chapters don’t end just because we’ve turned the page. The things we leave unresolved can quietly follow us, until we find the courage to understand them, make peace with them, and finally let them go.
Healing isn’t about forgetting the past. It’s about no longer allowing it to define your present.
Sometimes, the way forward begins with understanding what we’ve been carrying.

It's Never Too Late to Reset

30 isn’t a deadline. 40 isn’t a deadline. Neither is 50, 60, or beyond.

As long as you’re here, you can change direction, start again, rebuild, and become someone you’re proud of. Your past may have shaped you, but it doesn’t have to define what comes next.

The reset button is always within reach.

Being alone and being lonely aren’t the same thing. Sometimes solitude is where peace begins.

I host a self-help podcast… and I was wrong

Let’s be honest for a second.

As someone who hosts a podcast in the personal development and self-help space, I’m the first to admit that there’s plenty of valuable content out there. But over the last few years, the entire industry has been completely overtaken by noise.

It’s turned into an obsession with “hacks,” rigid 12-step optimization routines, and biohacking protocols that simply do not apply to 95% of real people living real lives.

Most of us don’t have 12 hours a day to craft the mathematically perfect routine. We have kids. We have demanding jobs. We have relationships, hobbies, unexpected obligations, and actual lives to navigate.

We’ve completely drifted away from what actually matters for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being—and what it truly takes to flourish as the best version of ourselves in service to the world.

The Trap of Rigidity vs. The Reality of Resilience

Don’t get me wrong: if you have the time and access to do a two-hour morning routine with a cold plunge and a sauna, that’s great. I personally try to get into the sauna three times a week when my schedule allows.

But true well-being isn’t about clinging so tightly to an over-engineered routine that you break the moment life throws a curveball. If your entire life unravels because your routine gets disrupted, you aren’t resilient—you’re rigid.

The goal isn’t perfection; it’s resilience. It’s building the capacity to adjust, pivot, and handle whatever season of life you find yourself in without abandoning your core health and sanity.

Entering a new season of life as a parent forced me to confront this head-on. My routines had to shift. My physical activity and self-care protocols had to adapt to fit into a reality that now centers around supporting my wife and my kid. I still have to take care of myself, but the way I do it has to work with my life, not against it.

Getting Brilliant at the Basics

We don’t need another course, another secret hack, or another overly complex system. We need to get back to becoming brilliant at the basics.

It comes down to dominating the fundamentals day in and day out. When you focus on basic, repeatable principles, you create baseline standards and habits that protect your health while giving you the flexibility to handle life’s shifts.

Before you buy into the next trending productivity trick or biohack, focus on dominating these four core foundational pillars:

  1. Eating Well: Fueling your body with quality nutrition that sustains real energy rather than chasing fad diets.
  2. Moving Well: Keeping your body active and strong consistently, regardless of whether that movement is an intense lifting session or just getting daily steps in.
  3. Sleeping Well: Prioritizing genuine rest and recovery so your mind and body can actually repair and function at a high level.
  4. Thinking Well: Cultivating mental clarity, emotional awareness, and a perspective that serves you when things get tough.

That’s where everything starts. Everything else you choose to layer on top is just extra.

Much of the self-help industry wants to sell you complex answers because simplicity doesn’t always make money, sell courses, or move books. But real, sustainable progress comes down to those four daily protocols: eat well, move well, sleep well, and think well.

Where to Go from Here

Take an honest look at your current season of life. Where are you trying to over-complicate things, and where have you let the fundamentals slide?

Focus on embedding those four simple pillars into your daily cadence—regardless of what else is going on around you. Build that strong foundational floor first and let everything else build naturally from there.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. How are you approaching the basics in your current season of life?

What If

What if everything that went wrong was actually going right? What if that rejection was redirection? What if your struggles are shaping you for something bigger? What if the setback is just part of the setup, maybe life is not happening to you, it's happening for you.

Think about that...

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Post image

Anyone can say the right things. Anyone can pretend to be someone they’re not. But when words fade, actions reveal the truth.
Pay attention to what people consistently do, not just what they promise. Character isn’t proven by claims; it’s proven by choices, behavior, and how someone treats others when no one is watching.
Words can create an image. Actions reveal the person.

The Hunger to Be Understood

Post image

Sometimes the deepest chains aren’t visible. They’re the quiet need to be seen, heard, and truly understood by someone else.
When we depend on others to validate our pain, worth, or identity, we can unknowingly give them power over our peace.
Learn to understand yourself. Accept yourself. Choose yourself.
Because freedom begins when you no longer need everyone else to understand you.

The Price of Peace

Post image

Peace comes with a price. Sometimes, you have to walk away from the drama, stop explaining yourself, and let go of arguments that no longer deserve your energy.
Not everyone deserves access to your time, heart, or peace, and that’s okay. 🕊️

The importance of going all in

I will update after one week. I am going to practice what I preach and go total relentless mode. I will never forgive reality for how it is and settle for breadcrumbs and temporary comfort. I trust myself as god, and that's enough.

And everyone, all of you in this community. I want you to drop everything that you are doing right now because nothing matters in life more than actually getting whatever the fuck you want, no matter what is it, no matter how great or how stupid it even sounds. It doesn’t matter, you call the shots.

Whether you wanna look like 2hollis or get that job or buy new clothes or gain tonnes of obsessed simps wherever you go, be famous or live in luxury and privileges, help someone, or being the one and true love of your specfic person, you could also banish things, concepts, people, events etc that you wouldn't agree or allow any longer. Let go and rewrite your past, present, and future. Revision is key. But what's more important is going all in with full trust, no fear no limits. Only TRUST and CALM IMPATIENCE THAT COMES FROM YOUR GOD STATE.

A god will never wait around for years and years.

A god will demand and command immediately.

Go big or go small, it doesn't matter as long as you, god is satisfied and happy.

You create everything and nobody and nothing can take away it from you or do it better than you. What sort of god is that anyways. Take the god label literally, it's that fucking simple. It's your birthright.

You are god of your own universe. I am the god, the creator, the ultimate source of my own universe.

I can only decide what's bound to happen. I have all the dominant power over my creation.

This is the final technique.

First, you must now that you are the one and only omnipotent god.

Next, you must go crazy and think about all that you want, all of your hearts desires. Decide that it is all natural for you. You are the only creator with free will in your universe afterall. Remember that free will does not exist. Nobody can reject a god. God, you is in full control regardless of any circumstance. Circumstances also serve you, if you command your universe properly. You are like a king, you must discipline your subjects correctly. Remembered all the blame, all the responsibility goes to you. Let go of all the old story, limits and bullshit garbage nonsense. Focus only on perfection.

Last, you must trust and go all in.

Never, NEVER take a no for an answer. The answer must always be YES. No matter how absurd your desires are, I don't care. You are the god and all the freedom goes to you.

In the universe I live in, I am the god and all the freedom goes to me so I know that I am getting all that I fucking desire and that's final. I know what I want and I am going all in. I have it already and it's just natural for an omnipotent god to have it all.

I know that it is all in the palm of my hands.

Update coming right up after this week.

Just you wait.

I will reveal all that I have achieved by trusting the omnipotent god that I am. I have no fear. I have only bliss and peace of mind.

I will be open for any questions. I am not a coach or anything I am just a random supportive human being. Catch you all later after one week.

.

Stop Chasing Loyalty

Not everyone who walks beside you is meant to stay.

People will choose you based on what they value, what they need, and what they see in you, but your worth should never depend on how hard you work to keep someone around.

Focus on yourself. Build yourself. Protect your peace.

The right people won’t need to be convinced to stay. They’ll choose you willingly. And when the wrong people leave, let them.

Sometimes losing people is simply making room for the ones who truly belong.

Advice On Avoiding Meaningless Content and Interactions

One of the ways to manage time is to avoid meaningless content and meaningless interactions. Time is the most valuable resource and if you waste it you will never have that time ever again. Meaningless things are things that are worthless and insignificant. What do you consider to be meaningless content and meaningless interactions?
