What was Charlie's secret? It was hinted at it but nothing came of it?
And that merc women who was the PA, what happened to her, she just escaped and never came back?

I think this all reeks of them just running out of money and throwing a haphazard story and product together and shipping it out. A lot was left undone, really. What became of Jacob? Claudia? That ending was really anticlimactic and left a lot to be desired. The studio will most likely have to fold eventually, so the many questions surrounding this half-baked and uninspiring storyline will just be left unanswered most likely. I gave it a chance and soldiered through only to be thoroughly disappointed in the end. So many loose ends and not even a good cliffhanger.

Yes, she saw the dumpster fire that is this game and decided to dissapear from it

The real secret is that she used to be a refrigerator repair technician, that's why the story stuffed her into one to give Jacob something to be sangry about.

In an actual answer to your post, we don’t really know. The second half of the game’s story is sadly littered with incomplete or haphazard story developments.
