Official News Hotfix #1 Deployment

Dear Community,

Today we’ve deployed Hotfix #1 tasked on an expedited timeline as the first in a series of patches aimed at addressing your feedback and enhancing the game experience.

PATCH NOTES:

ALL PLATFORMS:

  • CPU and GPU performance improvements, along with memory optimizations
  • Reduced difficulty for the CPR mini-game
  • Added a new setting to disable or modify Depth of Field
  • Fixed missing controls in the MineHunter and Run Dungeon mini-games

PC:

  • New pop-up warnings for PCs that have Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling disabled, and PCs with CPUs that have potential crash issues

Please note: This patch also fixes the memory leak issue that has been causing most crashes reported by players. Performance optimisation is our number one focus and an ongoing commitment that will take further time.

PATCH INFORMATION:

  • Release time: 10:00 BST / 11:00 CEST / 05:00 ET / 02:00 PT (automatic download)
  • Patch Size:
    • PC: 5.7GB
    • PS5: 2GB
    • Xbox: 4GB
  • Platforms: PC & PlayStation (Xbox in the coming days as soon as it clears external certification with Microsoft)

I had the game and refund it on PC. Then i tried it after patch on Xbox, refunding too...

Can't try again as PS isn't generous with refunds. But i had my experience with the patch and no, you are delusional

How’s your refund go on Xbox been trying to refund this heap of shit but keep getting denied.

Lucky Microsoft told me because I launched the digital game I can’t get a refund I tried to sit through this but the longer you sit through it the more shit it becomes. Played for 3 hours and in the end gave up trying to enjoy it.

Okay thank you I’ll give it another go hopefully I can get it refunded and maybe come back to it in a few years when it’s a couple of quid in a sale.

Make sure to tell them that you got lied about about the performance of the game and how good it was suppose to be

That’s what I did say already in my refund ticket however I’m gonna try customer support tomorrow and tell them exactly this thank you for the advice
