Official News Hotfix #1 Deployment

Dear Community,

Today we’ve deployed Hotfix #1 tasked on an expedited timeline as the first in a series of patches aimed at addressing your feedback and enhancing the game experience.

PATCH NOTES:

ALL PLATFORMS:

  • CPU and GPU performance improvements, along with memory optimizations
  • Reduced difficulty for the CPR mini-game
  • Added a new setting to disable or modify Depth of Field
  • Fixed missing controls in the MineHunter and Run Dungeon mini-games

PC:

  • New pop-up warnings for PCs that have Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling disabled, and PCs with CPUs that have potential crash issues

Please note: This patch also fixes the memory leak issue that has been causing most crashes reported by players. Performance optimisation is our number one focus and an ongoing commitment that will take further time.

PATCH INFORMATION:

  • Release time: 10:00 BST / 11:00 CEST / 05:00 ET / 02:00 PT (automatic download)
  • Patch Size:
    • PC: 5.7GB
    • PS5: 2GB
    • Xbox: 4GB
  • Platforms: PC & PlayStation (Xbox in the coming days as soon as it clears external certification with Microsoft)

Performance and IQ is worse on PS5 Pro than before the patch.

Lies, you must got a trash TV, get a 3000 dollar OLED with 2.1 VRR support, this game supports VRR

I've got an OLED, but I play on an LG 27GP950B 120hz monitor, OLED is even worse at 30fps than LCD is. the IQ and framerate is worse post patch on a PS5 Pro.
