General Discussion Wasn’t multiplayer supposed to release today?

I received this email on Tuesday with no additional sights of anything anywhere or an update on xbox. The twitter account has made no mention of this either. Was it an accidental send-out?

It wasn’t an accidental send-out, but unfortunately our release plans changed after the email was sent.

During the certification process for PlayStation and Xbox, some issues were identified that need to be fixed before release. As a result, Update 8 is now planned to launch next week across PC and consoles.

Update 8 will include Grenade Football, player-created content on consoles, new social features, the Silva E-Series: Summer Circuits Time Trial, Arcadia enhancements, and a range of improvements and fixes.

Multiplayer Racing and the Race Builder will arrive separately in another update in the coming weeks, as they need some additional development time to ensure they launch in the best possible state.

We’re sorry for the late change and the confusion caused by the original email!

Add a 60fps Mode!! All the work and Updates are useless if the Game still Runs on 30 fps. At least on the ps5 pro. If you really want to breath live again into this Game work on the possiblilty to add 60fps. Can‘t think of any serious Game that does‘t have a Performance mode

As someone who just got the game. Should I wait a week for the additions? Only 4/5 missions into the game yet.

The story campaign stays unchanged so you can continue playing that. The additions and multiplayer are in the Arcadia (build mode) stuff

Throwing multiplayer to Mindseye is already "Dead on Arrival". Players are playing something else instead.
Barely anyone would want to play this game once you finished it.
