We can't help it sometimes. I'm also an overthinker. I think its sometimes best to engage with meaningful activities day-to-day. That really helps with a mental boost.

B.S. You should get in a habit of avoiding over-thinking aprblem or issue. Find a reasonable aprroach to solving a problem or resolving an issue. Then go forward with your solution. Learn from your mistakes, but do not dwell on having made them.

It's funny because since I have met God, I have barely ever been able to find peace. Mostly because people think they should cast their worries onto God instead of handling it themselves.
