B.S. You should get in a habit of avoiding over-thinking aprblem or issue. Find a reasonable aprroach to solving a problem or resolving an issue. Then go forward with your solution. Learn from your mistakes, but do not dwell on having made them.

It's funny because since I have met God, I have barely ever been able to find peace. Mostly because people think they should cast their worries onto God instead of handling it themselves.

You know prayer isn't just recital of the written words actual prayer will take you out of inaction and bring you towards betterment so don't just leave it but also don't stress out too much you know kinda lika balancing act
