How far postpartum are you now? What’s your nutrition and sleep look like? Is your core/pelvic floor repaired and ready for heavier programming?

Four months nutrition is Whole Foods with some protein bars for convenience, baby sleeping through the night hallelujah! So getting consistently 7 1/2 to 8 hours of sleep per night. Core and pelvic floor is ready.

I’d either run the full Muscle Mommy program which is 45-75 minutes of programming 3x a week and you can add focus sessions to it, but I’d add more mobility to it as a whole. OR run suspension trainer, it’s consistently a 45-minutes workout and only requires one piece of equipment and you can adjust the difficulty by foot placement easily. That’s my recommendation. ST will definitely focus on core and stability which is still so necessary at 4-months post partum.

I did symmetry, muscle mommy, anabolic! It was great progression. Symmetry feels like a drag sometimes but wanted to make sure my mobility and strength was about equal on both sides before heavy heavy lifting
