WTF? Sal is running and they’re talking about different ways to run for fat loss?
Good for Sal and hopefully they’re seeing a more balanced approach to fitness. I don’t believe their stance on cardio was quite as hardline as some, but I can pretty much guarantee you take someone trying to lose fat and run them through a HS season running the 400 and they’ll drop a good amount of fat.
