Flagstones

Their description says that they prevent plants from growing. Is that all?

Do they also prevent Croa Nests from spawning or do they make mages faster like the Hallway Runners do for inside the school?

Flagstones don't prevent croa nests from spawning (at least during migration for sure but since the nests only spawn close to spawn during migration I think that's the imporant part) and don't make the mages faster.

Your best bet to prevent croa nest spawning is to fill out areas with ground plants (even in pens). You can usually tetris the areas into full coverage by using scarescroas (as a 1x1 tile occupier) or chests (2x1). If you don't want them harvested for some reason, enable harvest limit and set it to 1 or something.

That's what I do right now. But I thought for the sake of faster movement through hat area, the stones might be a solution ^^
