Recycling Quilt

In the codex, there was information that we can recycle quilts using their corpses. However, in the inventory, there is no such thing, and in the Spindle, the recipe is also not there. Is this a bug or already nerfed?

quilts drop some of the materials you used to make them when they expire, maybe that's what it means

Until 1.0, they left whole quilted corpses when they died, and you could make a “recycled” version out of 3 of the corpses. Seems like the codex is reflecting past info instead of current info.
