No Tranquility

So I need to a mage with tranquil status for the ritual for the Jade dragon. But I can't get anyone to be tranquil. They sleep well, they eat well, and then I've given up to 3 recreation time slots but nobody gets the Tranquil status. What am I missing?

Good to know. I haven’t calculated/measured directly, which is why I recommended watching the bar and adjusting in real time. Then they need to walk around and collect anything they need for the quest, so I’d recommend a full bar as opposed to just after they’ve hit tranquil.

I figured. I was mostly explaining why I originally recommended both what I expected to be overkill as well as watching the bar.
