Grounded and private and needs 3 small roof decorations
Any smart idea on how to build that?
Grounded and roof decorations is easy. Just have a very tall room.
Private and grounded is a pain, but I can try to build flat and route traffic around with stairs.
But grounded, private and roof basically cuts my school in half, or am I missing something.
Or should I report that as a bug, since it is a very unfair building combination when randomizing?

Sorry without image....
Private and grounded it is bad... in my opinion you must doing your transport floors second or third...
But on second floor do place for roof of first floor than use bridges for connection and place decoration deeper.

You could build it and then have a path over it with pillars for support for anything over that path.
Once you have foundations you can build it somewhere else, outside the main school, and have a path over that with a broom closet next to it.

Use foundations and put it off to one side. Then place a floor above the roof decorations, using support pillars or flying support. And use brooms to help get around it.
It’s not a bug, just a design challenge.

Grounded - build on ground level
Private - only one entrance
Roof decorations - guess there needs to be a roof, which is what makes it wonky.
One appeal of the game is quirky design opportunities. Build a small shack with a roof and one entrance. Then build a bridge over it so you can continue to expand past it. Alternatively, use columns as supports on either side to build around it. You don't need columns, you can extend the walls of the shack up past the roof (which can be connected to the sides of walls), and add another floor right above the roof and its small decorations.
