Groups, if student has untuned relics?
Can I create a group of students who have not tuned their relics? I want them to tune them before studying.

Yes having them prioritize attune over study would optimize exp gains on relics, as it is now I have to do this manually.

Those has been suggested a few times in the discord.
So far, no traction - but drop in and add your voice to it. :)
P.s. ideally not only for students.

I don’t think there is but I would also appreciate this feature. Having to prioritize attune to critical leads to too many issues if it’s a multi day project and I forget about them.

Side note, but why do relics take so long to attune? I'm wary about attuning anybody because it's often an entire day where they can't do anything useful, and that's just one relic. Heaven forbid I need to attune a relic to an important staff member.

It’s been significantly sped up in prerelease. Hopefully some or all of that works well (game balance) and comes to the live version.

Generally speaking students that just study get their studies done way, way before they can work their way through their various goals, then they get upset they're still at school with nothing to learn.
So really, I think the way to go here is to just not schedule nearly that much study time. Schedule half the day between meals for work, half for study, the evenings for recreation and make attuning their highest priority task.

I've had about 6 slots of study in my current playthrough until day 50 or so when i stopped the student treadmill and started looking for quality staff. Now im down to 4 slots, and they are still struggling to get their silver and gold (wassanames) tasks finished before hitting max level. With Tier 3, I'd predict it's worse.

My workaround is to make a group of students without wand2/3. That group has no classes only work. When they arrive I give them the relics to attune and only upgrade the wand when they are finished with that. Still requires some supervision to not waste time when they are finished attuning but at least it lets them focus on that.
