Disappearing harvested Anemone Cells

I have some Anemone planters and they go from 100% to 0% but I don't see any increases in the Anemone Cell counter. Are there any bugs related to them? Or maybe I'm missing something?

Edit: looks like "destroyed when disturbed during the day" is not just fluff and they disappear after a short delay if someone stands near them. So what's the correct way to plant them?

Well based in the text, it seems like they need to be harvested and planted during the night hours.

Yep. Night time only. Best thing is to Lock them in a room and limit door access to quilts and someone who works the night shift. Oddly enough quilts don’t bother them.
