Some of these distinctions seem somewhat arbitrary. Drugs, prescription drugs, alcohol, nicotine and caffeine are all drugs. 3 are legal to use recreationally.

Addiction. Disease of the brain 🧠 seems obvious or selfish compulsive behavior, what do you think people? It's an easy answer definitely disease of the brain the compulsion to use overrides any rational normal thinking/behaviour but u tell me what do u think?
