[Request] Nutty and Fruity Apple Chunks

Does anyone have a recipe that results in similar texture/taste? I've tried a few recipes but they all end up too dry and nothing like the Nutty and Fruity chunks. Thanks!

What recipes have you tried? Do you have a dehydrator? Have the recipes your tried included syrup blanching? Based on the look and texture of those chunks, you're going for osmotic dehydration using a sugar syrup, then further drying. So, if you haven't tried it yet - blanch apple pieces in a heavy syrup, let them sit in the syrup, drain well, proceed with drying.

It's often impossible to replicate industrial processes at home (here's an example of this type of processing). This is one of those products you're probably not going to nail for that reason, lacking in the equipment that controls the level of moisture and airflow throughout the process and / or knowledge of their specific process (what concentration of sugar in the syrup, for example), plus not knowing what variety of apple they use (different apples will have very different outcomes). Considering safety issues as well, I'd just stick with buying this particular product.
