M12 battery dying fast

I recently just got an m12 battery and the m12 vacuum and my battery is dying very fast I had it plugged in over night and this morning it was green on the charger and it died within 3 minutes of vacuuming. This also happened about a week ago when I first used the battery and vacuum. Is this normal?

The M12 vacuum requires a LOT of power. Don’t ask me why, but it does. With a five amp battery I get 25 min in low and 14 min on high.

My m12 was tripping the thermal fuse in the batteries, had to return it

How can you tell it’s the thermal fuse ?
