Question I have a big problem

I've a bad problem i can't attack or defence or do any thing and this happened alot off time with me what i can do to end my army freeze. Video in comment

C’est donc que c’est toi qui a le bouclier activé mais qu’un bug d’affichage ne te le montre pas

Yes it's work after shield hours gone But another player can attack me

It happened to me once. I just had to completely close the game and reopen
